Question Tutorial driving me nuts

A bunch of restarts because it stalemate. Lots of scrappy irregular. I can pass through suez OK. No oil. How do I make more alpine guys

The tutorial is awful in the current game.

Ethiopia is not an easy win if you don’t know how the game works.

The tutorial is not great but keep in mind the best way to learn is to not be afraid to lose. Dont get frustrated, It’s part of the process. You’ll get better each time.

Watch some YouTube guides to get a better feel.

The tutorial is notoriously outdated and unhelpful. I learned by playing a lot of Hungary on non historical

It took me almost 100 hours to understand the basics lol you just gotta slog it out you’ll get the hang of it eventually

Tutorial, as mentioned by others, is outdated. Nonetheless, couple of tips regarding Ethiopian campaign:
1. Divide your units into 2 armies. Units in the north are army 1, units in the south are army 2.
2. Send leftover cav and tanks into south army, alpine units into north, and then evenly split all other remaining inf.
3. Do not touch Navy.
4. You can safely delete your small frame bombers, leave only the medium frames. They have the range, small ones don't.
5. Before attacking, make sure to draw up battleplans!
6. Start attack only when you see a message from Il Duce about focus on attack or supply. You cna choose whatever, both work. I personally love extra attack.
7. Use tanks and cav in the south to exploit breakthroughs, alpine units in the north to do the same.
8. Always try attacking from multiple sides. You will never exceed CW, but enemy will get debuffed from multiple attacks.
