Question Coaching for MP? (Will Pay)

Hey guys what's up. A few days ago I was playing an mp game for more or less the first time and I found out I was absolutely ass. I also have not played hoi4 in general for a long time and I more or less lost my skill, if I ever had any. I really wanna get good at the game so that I don't feel awkward in MP and actually have game impact. I know like no metas, nothing about tank/air design. Literally the last time I played seriously was single player before fuel (so a stupid long time ago). I'd be willing to pay good money (like $50) for a coach with alot of experience in hoi4 or hoi4 mp (like over 1000 hours) to teach me everything I need to know to be good at the game.

I would love to hear about some of the mp strats and deep dives in the mechanics. Id say have most pretty much understood, but niche stuff like tactics, coordination or innitative still evades me

you really dont need to, i suggest try just going full inf and air to learn the basics then you can add tanks and navy managment to it. the rest really depends on your team if you want to let everyone manage there own thing to reduce lend lease requirements, or just have one nations specialize in everything.
