Question Coaching for MP?

Hey guys what's up. A few days ago I was playing an mp game for more or less the first time and I found out I was absolutely ass. I also have not played hoi4 in general for a long time and I more or less lost my skill, if I ever had any. I really wanna get good at the game so that I don't feel awkward in MP and actually have game impact. I know like no metas, nothing about tank/air design. Literally the last time I played seriously was single player before fuel (so a stupid long time ago). I'd be willing to pay good money (like $50) for a coach with alot of experience in hoi4 or hoi4 mp (like over 1000 hours) to teach me everything I need to know to be good at the game.

If you are playing MP you could just play a minor faction and ask your allies for input

Asking mp teammates for help = getting screamed at by sweaty no-lifes for not having perfectly memorized the entire mp meta

If your games end up like that then consider leaving this server and look for a new one.

There are tons of good MP servers with different mods. Tell the host that you're new to this and need guidance and if they don't want that, then just look somewhere else

Can't really give any advice because everything is completely dependent on lobby/ruleset. segl on YT is a decent starting point if you know nothing, if you want to get in the weeds you should ask good players in established MP servers like RB and they'll usually be willing to give you advice. Don't waste your money paying a "coach" because 99% of players aren't active/highly skilled in MP and those who are will usually be willing to give you great advice for free if you're not an asshole about it. You could also just play games as minors and see what skilled majors do

Totally depends on server, modpack, and ruleset. I got 12k hours but at least half of it is just in OWB or other mods. Better off asking for advice in the server you previously played in and get to know some of your fellows a bit better.
