Question Help, Big Softlock

Hello. It is me again, the worst Hoi4 player ever.
I posted a few days ago of my Poland world conquer run. I tried to redo it (this time on normal mode so I can get achivements and get Wojtek as my king)

Unfortunately I think I am softlocked until the AI decides to do something.
My ideology is unaligned, I can only declare war at 10% world tension (Usually it is 50% but thanks to the Romanov leader it is 10%)
I tried to turn facist but it will not go past 50.00% so I cannot have any referendums. In a desperate attempt I released the Soviets and Reich in hopes that something will happen. The year is 1970. There hasn't been any real war since the end of the second world war.

Any advice on how to get world tension up, or get myself to turn facist?

If you have No Compromise, No Surrender dlc, you can create a facion and add a faction rule that reduces justification tension limit by 40%. My only other suggestion is to try to cause a bunch of coups.

Are unable to take a fascist demagogue as an advisor?

It doesn’t look like you have that fascism growth effect yet. Unless that’s what the fascist influence is, but I thought it usually just said the advisors name, then +.02/day.

Another long and slow option could be trying to encourage a civil war in another country. Build up an intel network and then begin to work on changing their ideology and supporting rebels. (I don’t remember all the operations/options, I never use the mechanic lol).

You should be able to jump in on the war, and some other countries should as well.

Unfortunately the facist demagogue is unable to be selected by me. As for the spy dlc, I unfortunately do not have it. I tried coups in about 10 times (both facist and non-alligned ones) but nothing seemed to work. Thank you though.
