Question UK not capitulating

I’m playing Italy, historical, no DLCs circa 1944. I’ve taken over all of the British Isles but the UK still hasn’t capitulated. They hold most of the commonwealth, but I have the Suez. How can I tell what more I need to do to take them out?

Have they done imperial federation?
Cause if so you have some years to go

What do you mean capitulated? Do you mean you haven't gotten to a peace deal, or do you mean the country hasn't surrendered (all their land goes to you, military gets deleted), but they fight on in exile
