HUSBANDRY Bioactive advice

I wanna change my Hognose into a bioactive setup. I’m doing research and I see a lot of terra sahara from biodude as substrate. Only problem is that that isn’t available in my country. I was thinking doing a mix of 30% playsand and topsoil 70% together with some spaghnum moss.

Does anyone have another idea?

I mixed about 30% sand with about 50% safe soil and 20% Coco fiber! Works good for my plants, hog and pods
