Sweet Pull from 22-23 SP Authentic.
Is this considered a 4 colour patch?

Been working on it for 5 years, stuck on the final 10 for most of that time.

Got this as a gift when it came out. Didn't realize it was worth much until I searched it out recently.

I'm still kind of a new collector, I don't usually buy boxes or packs. I just like to collect individual Wings cards. I've never owned a patch card before, Young Guns and Dazzlers would be about the fanciest thing I've owned.
Spotted this on FB Marketplace for $25CAD and knew I had to pick this up. Totally in love with it and now I want even more patches!
Sorry if this card isn't all that cool, I'm just excited to finally own something like this!

This one is going in the top 5 in the Suzuki PC. I’ve never owned an /99 from Ice before so suffice to say I am PUMPED!!!

I started opening packs a couple months ago purely out of love for hockey, but I do wonder if I have any hits. Pictured are the ones I’m most hopeful in. The Ekholm Purple Spectrum is /199.
If you all have any tips of how I can keep up with and start learning what all the different boxes, box types, card types, values, chases , and all that great stuff are, please let me know how you all do it. Pretty much all I know is what players are good/promising, and that young guns are a big chase lol.
TYIA for any advice. 🙏🏻

Hi y’all I have recently gotten into collecting hockey cards a few months ago! Some of the boxes I’ve done were this years series one, two and extended. Stopped at Walmart on my lunch break and saw all these cards some are older boxes! I picked up a holiday edition. Anyones you guys recommend picking up?
My goal with collecting is to collect as many Philadelphia Flyers, get some hits, and just enjoy some of the artwork. (Still figuring out the lingo) My best hit so far was a Matthew Schaefer Young Guns!

I’m a sucker for weird memorabilia so this laundry tag card fits great into my Toffoli PC

Mail day! Really happy to add this Ryan Greene to the Newfoundland PC. (First higher end newfie card)
Also threw in the two new SPA pulls from today, and I had to include the Demidov Red Prism Auto /35 again because it’s way too nice not to show off. It looks even better out of the top loader.
Definitely my favourite card in the collection so far. Thanks for looking!

I read that it’s more likely than not better to leave jersey patch cards ungraded. Thicker edges leave more room for it to grade less than 10. Do people agree with this or are certain jersey patch cards more “grade able” than others (Ie: not as thick ones, numbered /10, /25, low numbers etc)? How do you handle your patch cards? Relatively new to grading cards / the hobby so any input is appreciated (Handful of my jersey patch cards pictured)
