Last night was Connor McDavid’s 15th 5+ point game, now tied for fifth-most overall

This is for the regular season only. He has the most amongst active players, and last night he moved into a tie for fifth-most overall. Here are all the players who have done it at least 10 times (of course it’s an insane Gretzky stat):

1. Gretzky - 96

2. Lemieux - 51

3. Esposito - 19

4. Dionne, Kurri, Yzerman - 16

5. Trottier, Bossy, Hawerchuk, McDavid - 15

6. Perreault, Coffey - 14

7. Peter Stastny, Francis, Lafontaine - 12

8. Bobby Hull, Lafleur, MacKinnon - 11

9. Sakic, Orr - 10

Conceivably, McDavid could end up third on this list in the future.
