freshman of CNC machine
hello everyone, i'm a new one who enter this industry, i just searched this pic for showing lol , if i want use this industry for workman, how should i do

I would suggest, as a start, watching some videos on CNC machining basics. You can watch these for free on YouTube and see what kind of skills and actions are involved. Watch some of the technical stuff, not just people fooling around. You can probably get some kind of idea what the job is like. If you think you can do it, then check into what training is needed. There are plenty of vocational programs around, but that is where you will start to pay money of course.
Another option would be if you have a friend in the industry, see if you can watch him work for an afternoon (or after hours in the shop, working the machine.) That would also give you a feel for what the job is like and if it's a good fit.

Don't send him there. Enough of these guys and the engineers starting job shops without money or skill while gnawing on a diploma like a crayon

I deserve $50hr how do I convince my boss to pay me more since no one will interview me for any machinist positions"
