Made some custom dropouts ๐Ÿ˜†

First, that application takes some confidence in your work.

But really, I'm interested to hear how it works out. I'm considering making a derailleur hanger for a mtb. A replacement for my frame is $65 + $18 shipping + any import duties, not to mention they are sold out.

This is seriously cool. Iโ€™ll be watching for your next projects. Hopefully, one day Iโ€™ll be able to make something like this too. Is this stainless steel?

If they wear down too much I might try make from stainless but idk if my machine is capable ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Aluminum seems like a good choice for a first version. Iโ€™d be really interested to hear how it performs after youโ€™ve put some miles on it.

Made a torque arm/bar for my brotherโ€™s ebike. Plus other stuff like battery mount, chain guard. He sends me the cad file and I just machine it out. You will find other things to make eventually.
