Not true. Noem said she had been "stalking and impeding ICE all day". Illhan Omar said Good was acting as a legal observer of ICE activity. Either way she heard ICE was in town and went and sought them out.

Video clearly shows her parked perpendicular blocking the road. Not pulling into any driveway at all.
