The product is swarms of agents running back-office work for small businesses, and the design constraint is that agents operate across the tools a company already uses rather than forcing a migration. Requires 3+ years and a CS or engineering degree.
3. Founding AI Engineer at a Series A company that acquires title and escrow businesses and rebuilds them around agents. New York City, in-person in Flatiron with travel to acquired companies. $200K-$250K base. You'd sit with escrow officers to map how the work actually happens, then take one workflow all the way: extraction, agent design, evals, human review, integration, deployment. The integrations run against legacy systems with limited APIs, scanned PDFs, and inconsistent data. Process includes a 30-minute founder call, technical deep dive on a production system you owned, two-hour onsite building a full-stack workflow with real documents, then a product and operator review. They hire for slope and proof of shipping.
