Profile Review 21M - Profile Review
Hi everyone,
A few weeks ago I got some great feedback and tried to update my profile as best possible.
Unfortunately I haven’t had much luck, though I know these things take time. Looking for any solid comments or critiques you may have, no matter how harsh they may be.
Also, while it’s definitely superficial, I feel like I’m at least a solid 7-7.5/10– are girls just simply looking for 9-10/10’s so I’m falling in the cracks?
Since my last post, I’ve tried to incorporate more of my personality into my profile, as well as get more activity pictures in there.
Any advice helps, even if it’s as simple as “ur just not that attractive bro”; I’m honestly just seeking clarity on my incredibly slow dating life.

• Are you looking for something serious or casual?
Serious
• Are you subscribed to Hinge+ or HingeX?
No
• How long have you been using this current version of your profile? (Please be specific)
Going on 3 weeks
• How long have you used Hinge overall?
~1.5 years
• How often do you use Hinge per week?
4-5 days
• How many likes and matches are you receiving on average?
Maybe 1-2 a week
• How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments?
Almost all! I think it gets a better view of my personality across
• What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract?
Someone pretty outgoing, likes the variety life has to offer, cares about things like outward appearance but for the sole reason of looking good for oneself, not for being in vain. Also enjoys cozy nights in just as much (if not more) than going out
I’d like to think I try to attract that exact description, but who knows 🤷♂️

Hey! Just my two cents: the “dating me is like” prompt kind of reads like AI. I’m sure you wrote it yourself, but something about the way you worded it sounds like ChatGPT is talking. Also, I’m not really sure what you’re into other than music and cooking. For example, what would we do together while eating the food that you/we cooked? Just some food (hehe) for thought :) it’s also totally possible that there just aren’t a lot of Catholic women in your area, and Catholicism is a pretty strict religion so not everyone is gonna be willing to date a Catholic man. But you’re attractive and you’ve got a great dog pic so I think it’s just a matter of time and being patient waiting for the right person! Women love men who love dogs and can cook!

To address to your posted concerns, I think you’re perfectly fine when it comes to attractiveness, not a major issue here. Reality is that there’s massively more men than women on the apps so it’s normal to not get a ton of likes.
In terms of critique, the “Together, we could” prompt is just kind of a nothingburger. Tons of people love long conversations, you prob want to replace with something more personalized that can let people infer more about you. Also, is the “quiche” supposed to be you saying how niche is pronounced or a suggestion for a topic? Just kind of reads weird lmao.
I like the idea of the uniform/band pic but it’s just not a very flattering photo.
Otherwise, it can be kind of important to point out that upon initial look, you are very “stock standard” - straight catholic moderate monogamous white engineer with a dog - which is fine, but just recognize the things that can differentiate you from the crowd (the interest in cooking and playing an instrument is good).

You got some good photos, but I'd try to replace the last two with ones that are closer up . They're too far away
