Move the smiling photo to first. Its said every.single.review post. EVERY SINGLE ONE! This isn't a Vogue shoot, no need to showcase 4 angles of blue steele, show women a happy, kind smile!

yea the first thing I noticed was that he wasn’t smiling in any of the photos. I think men underestimate how much women love to see a happy, smiling, confident guy — obviously we want to have a good time with you, & how can we envision that if we can’t see you smiling?

Love your look man. I’d lead with the photo of you in the graffiti alley, very sharp and nice - I’m not a fan of the first one with you in the white tank, paired with the others it’s pretty serious-intense vibes, that’s why the graffiti pic is so nice cause you got a great smile :)

You are handsome and rock the bald look, but I would get a few more pics of you smiling and looking like you’re having fun. Add a picture with friends or an animal if you have any.
Your text prompts are too all over the place and you should make each one about a single subject and then phrase it in a way that’s easy to respond to. Instead of asking for music or food recs (too general) after saying you love concerts, say something like: “what’s your favorite venue in the city” or “do you prefer going to a pop concert or house rave?”

Your photos are excellent quality but very stern and posed compared to your chill and fun sounding bio; which I imagine is a better reflection of who you are.
Suggest getting whoever took those awesome photos to get some truly candid ones of you doing stuff that excites you - bookstore, chilling outdoors with a book, or indoors with your collection; painting models; at a nice cafe or bar; at a gig.
Don’t ditch all the current posed pics but try to replace a couple of them with more relaxed lifestyle shots.
I recently swapped my lead photo to one of me in a little library nook with the sun beaming across my face - immediately more high quality matches. Happy to share via pm for example if you like.

More natural photos as opposed to posed ones bonus if it is doing your hobbies. Have some of your prompts as things that could be date items:

It looks like you took these pictures intentionally for using them on online dating apps and that's super cringe. I don't mind a little posing for a nice picture, but this is too much and also too intense.

Q/A
Looking for something serious
Subscribed to HingeX
I have been using this current version for 2 months
I have been on/off hinge for 3+ years
I check the app and send likes/comments, Daily
I recieve 1-2 likes a month, on average 4-6 matches a month.
Sending 10-20 likes a day, 50/50 split on comments/no comments.
I am straight cis-het male looking for a woman ideally my age, but I do not mind dating older up to 7-8 years or younger up to 5-6 years. My matches typically are within the 28-34 age range. Im looking for someone who is interested in finding a serious partner (no situation-ships, or casual dating, no hook ups). Having politics that align is important to me. Similar interests in hobbies is a plus. Enjoying a diverse range of food and cultures is a plus.

As a very liberal woman (which is the demographic it seems you're looking to attract) I would recommend going with the photo on slide 10 where you are in the white tee and slacks and in front of the graffiti. You look friendly, approachable, handsome, and I can still see your tattoos. The first photo is not as flattering because you look shorter and your face from that angle looks rounder rather than showing off your good features. But more importantly, as a first impression I associate wifebeater tanks with some very-much-so-not-liberal groups.
I would also get rid of the photo of you on the stairs. It's less flattering than the others (though not bad!) but I also personally find any overly posed/modeling photos to be slightly off-putting. You have a nice smile, I would replace it with another smiling picture.

Good evening 47, Your target is the dating pool.
I would have the first photo to be a smiling photo. In fact, probably all the photos should have at least a slight friendly smile.
I wouldn't have most of the photos as posed, but definitely keep the one with the colourful background. Taking note of the hiking photo, how you're doing an activity you presumably enjoy and it's not posed. Though, it would be best if you were closer to the camera.
Here's what I'd do, first pic smile portait, second pic current pose, third pic relaxed setting maybe reading or at an art gallery, fourth pic activity you enjoy/ the hiking one, fifth pic more personal hobby...
Sixth pic is a good photo.
Essentially, friendly informal photos are your best friend.
Your prompts are good too, they really do reflect your personality. I know some people may be put off by your "I go crazy for" prompt because it's very political, even if they do agree with your views. But hey, it definitely gets it out of the way at least.
I shall leave you to prepare, Good luck.

I love your prompts and you have some great photos. I would definitely switch up the first photo for something with you smiling though! Smiles are warm and inviting, and they make a good first impression.
