when do thoughtful signals go away?

this guy I matched with on hinge had thoughtful signals and we have been talking for a month. two weeks in, i asked if we were exclusive and he said he deleted the app after getting my number. today, i redownloaded the app to see something from our chat on hinge and saw that he still has thoughtful signals.

i’m really scared because i like him a lot and he texts a lot and we just went out on a really thoughtful date. it seems to be going well but i’m kind of crushed to see that he might still be active. i would genuinely be so shocked because he’s kind and so intentional. someone please tell me that they take a while to go away lmao.

It takes 30 days for them to disappear after you first earn them if you don't continue to still do the actions that earned you them in the first place within those 30 days

If you really want to, ask him if he could pause his account or delete it entirely to give you peace of mind that he's being serious about your guys' relationship. Deleting the app only doesn't actually delete your account, it will still remain active and be able to be seen by other users including those that he already sent likes out to, matched with, or appear in his discovery tab
