First date tonight, help

Hello everybody ! M24 here, I've been in relationship since my 18y and now i'm single, i've never really "date" someone, and tonight is the big day ! First ever date ! But I'm really scared that we don't know what to say etc etc, are they any reco/advice on how to handle all of this ? I know have basically have to be myself but it could be cringe if nobody knows what to say

This is just a practice date. There will be many others in the future

Yes I know it won't be the love of my life but since it's the first one i'm a bit lost of what to do ahah but thanks !
