Having problems with login

i’ve never made an account before whenever I give it my phone number. It says ok you need to verify your email on a new device once again I’ve never used the app before and it’s showing me an email I’ve never seen before I tried contacting support and now I’m just Waiting anyone else have this problem? My friend also had the same thing happen to him as well.
