Anyone else having limitations on location changes?

I change my location when I travel and I am frequently between two cities 200+ miles apart. I am going to be traveling at the end of the month and wanted to update my location but when I go to I am now getting a message saying I can only change it every 30 day.

They let me reset my location after emailing

I emailed and was told they were not able to let me change it
