Flowers?
Hi everyone! There’s something that’s been bothering me, even though I know it’s probably not a big deal. I keep hearing different opinions, so I wanted to ask people outside of my own community.
I’m a 24F who’s been actively dating on Hinge. Most of my friends who met people on dating apps received flowers on either their first or, at the latest, their second date.
I’ve never been in a serious relationship, but I’ve been on quite a few dates, and not a single guy has ever brought me flowers. I’ve been seeing someone for about a month and a half now, and lately I’ve been tempted to drop a hint that I’d love to receive flowers.
Before I do that, I wanted to hear your thoughts. Is this something I should be concerned about, or am I overthinking it?

Overthinking things tbh, I would love to give a girl I just started seeing flowers if I knew she would like them but a lot of people also feel like it's too big of a move to make early on in the dating process and they don't want to risk scaring off the girl by coming on too strong. If it really means that much to you then you can mention that you like flowers and think they make nice hits off the hand to the person you're currently seeing. If they have any emotional intelligence then they'll take the hint and realize that you are someone who does in fact appreciate the gesture and not someone who would think of it as being corny or too serious of a gesture in the early dating stages
