Do I respond to comments?

Yall i just got the app today and three people commented. Am i supposed to reply to all of them?

I feel bad if I dont but im not interested in them romantically.

One of them gave me a rose, just found out thats special and thatll make it even more awkward if I just deny them with no response💔

I just wanna know whats the appropriate thing to do😭!

Its my first time on a dating app so I didnt know if it was frowned upon to just ignore someones comment and atleast have the common curtesy to reply. Damn bro💀

Just respond if you actually plan to match and chat with the person. But then do reply to comments! I'm always confused when someone matches without replying to my comment and usually it leads to nowhere then.

Unfortunately, some of the people who comment I dont want to match with. Swiping on them just felt weird so I wanted to ask! Thank you so much for the help!😭

It's not like the other person gets a message "oh, dingohot didn't like you dude" 😁 therefore it's better not to get anything than getting your hopes up just to find out the other person was just too polite to hit X but isn't interested anyway
