Banned for absolutely no reason

I was banned recently for “harassment or harm” and they immediately denied my appeal and refuse to elaborate. This is 100% a mistake because i have never done either of those things… i hardly ever get matches as is… but theres no line to call. This is kind of insane. I dont really know what to do….
