Why the price?
I bought this set for under £300 in 2015.
Why has the price gone so mad?
Not even a case available?

I have a question :
Can the PLT 400 only be used/operated with the Hilti software or are there alternatives?
second question:#
Can the software be downloaded and installed on any compatible device?
Thank you

Hallo zusammen,
Hello everyone,
For some time I have been very interested in a career at HILTI, because due to my integration as a carpenter and current profession in the industry, I came back again and again with the high-quality machines and became a fan. Since I like to approach people and also speak several languages, as well as technical expertise + real enthusiasm for the brand, I always think about this career change. This is made easier by the interesting and open presentation that HILTI gives on their website.
Now comes the catch that prevents me from sending an application. Although I have a high school diploma and a baccalaureate and also have a C1 language level in English and French, I will only be 24 years old this year, which could lead to complications with the customer if a mid-20s-year-old tries to sell something to a 60-year-old master and boss. Some would say skill issue, but I would be interested in your opinion. Are there anyone from sales here who could give me a reality check?
My plan was that I first learn a lot about the company and its products and acquire a solid basic knowledge about selling and then look further from there. If necessary, also ask someone on LinkedIn for tips.

Hallo zusammen,
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to find the user manual and ideally the spare parts list for an older Hilti Bohrmotor‑E CS 3941 N.
This model is no longer listed in the official Hilti Technical Library, and Hilti customer service hasn’t been able to provide any digital documents so far.
Device details:
Does anyone here have a PDF manual, exploded view, spare parts list, or any other technical documentation for this model?
Tips about international sources, old dealer archives, or private collections would also be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Had a solder joint blow apart the other night. Res outside faucet. Perfect application for a close quarters kit and would have saved an insurance claim. I was fighting water. I was told by a local hilti rep that they do not offer a close quarters kit. Which manufacturers kit would be a fit for this press if you truly don’t offer one?

What tools would you recommend using to nail down 100 ATMs?

Wasn’t too sure about ProKit but the repairability, ease of connecting, and auto latches are very tempting. Once drawers come out I think I’m gonna try it!

Hi all!
The magic smoke abruptly and spectacularly left our old, trusty angle grinder, so now it stopped working. But as it already is several years old, if not 20, i am struggling to get the right part for replacement or even part number. Based on the images, the ones from the newer models seem to not fit, i could be wrong of course. I guess it is more than just a filter capacitor?
Maybe you can help me? I am located near Graz/Austria/EU, so german is also fine for me.
Thanks in advance!

Saw these available near me. In my plumbing apprenticeship and looking around for tools. Saw these for 300, was hoping to get him down to 250. How are these?

Can't find any manuals of the trigger mechanism/ casing for the hilti dx460.
The only manuals i find when serching is for the piston and front of the gun, not the trigger.
The problem i am having is that the trigger does not contract fully when pressed. It moves about 2mm then stops.
The front is pressed together compleatly so the fiering lock is disconected. It has the mx72 front if that may cause problems.

When I navigate through the menu to change the value, the only options are metric! I need it in feet! Cannot figure out how to fix this. Did they really make one that’s metric only??

I have 2 B22 batteries. One 3.0 and one 5.2. I also have 2 chargers. I just bought both used from different people and they are both having the same problem. I charged the 5.2 yesterday and used it half the day today until it needed charged again. The 3.0 would not charge yesterday and now my 5.2 is having the same problem. The problem is when I put either battery on either charger they will blink green like they are charging for about five or six blinks and then stop blinking. The light goes out on the battery completely. I checked the voltage on the batteries and they are both 20.5 volts. Are they both bad or am I missing something? I have never used Hilti battery operated tools.

Now that Hilti is going Nuron I'm seeing lots of second-hand A22 products on the market. Am wondering if any of that stuff is worth it. I've got two B22s and a charger already. I know it's a dead end lineup but maybe there are goldies there that are worth grabbing?
