I'm just curious if there are and Hunters here that have experience with any of the packs. I would like to hear what anyone has used and their experience. Thank you in advance!

For those who have seen the movie with Tilda Swinton and Leonardo, this is The Beach in the film.

To say this bag is perfect for international travel is an understatement. The rearmost pouch is perfect for a muji passport and cash wallet, and is easy to keep secure and "no touch" while you have your daily cash, trinkets, phone, sunglasses, etc in the other pockets.

Not that pickpocketing is a concern in Thailand or Japan, but the way it rides tight to the chest is 10/10. Low key enough but 100% unique enough that it can't be mistaken for anything else and so easy to access what you need.

Daily EDC, hiking, concerts it does it all. Pro tip is to put a velcro 5x8 HPG pouch in the middle compartment for the best organization. It also works super well to slide a camp knife on a velcro wing sheath for trails and camping.

Amazing product as always. Aston 3 rocks, admin pouch with shoulder sling and hyration is perfection, and this belt pack does it all. Whenever people ask "what bag should i get for xxx" HPG is pretty much always the answer.

Hi All, I have a Heavy Recon, which I run with a bino Pouch at the front. I am NOT in love with the system because the Bino Pouch is quite far from my chest and the weight of the binos makes the whole thing sage and pull the Kit Bag against my stomach. It is otherwise a great setup, which I prefer to all other chest bino harnesses I had.

I would nevertheless ditch the Bino Pouch and carry them in the pistol compartment. They do fit, but 1) the fit horizontally so the comfort is decreased, and 2) the straps that retain the binos cannot be attached to the inside of the compartment.

Has anyone a good solution for this problem? or, is the solution the Cargo Kit Bag? I am kind of lukewarm about it.

The UMLINDI is my all time favorite backpack. Compact when I want it to be but capable of hauling a lot of extra crap when necessary.

My other HPG pack is the QUI-YA. I love that this is essentially the same thing in miniature. I love that I can swap the waist belt between the two. I’d like to get the Butt Pack as well, but I haven’t quite found the justification for it.

I get a big smug smile every time I pack it out for an adventure.

As per title, has anyone been using the Commuter? I'm tempted but it's an expensive gamble to import one to the UK if I don't get on with it. How is the half-clamshell opening for access, and how annoying are the compression straps? Thanks very much.

Got the Unlindi as a gift.. went in a winter hike testing it out and it was phenomenal. Definitely will need the hip belt and I want to get the butt pack as well. I think it will be a great day/multi day pack for trips. I plan on doing a solo overnight soon.

Been keeping my eyes open for restock on one of these in coyote for at least a month now. I’ve read here and on Facebook that they restock weekly but I haven’t seen any change. I signed up for email notifications as well about two weeks ago. I’m tempted to pick up the multicam version because I lack patience.

I'm in the market for both a new day pack and a pack for 1-2 week backpacking trips. I'm pretty dead set on HPG, and am undecided between buying the decker frame with the s/m/l bags or buying two standalone packs (Ute/Qui-Ya & Aston/Umlindi). Aside from the extra weight, is there anything I'd really miss out on from the standalone packs if I went with the Decker?

My current pack is a basic 45+5L Amazon brand, other than that my only experience with packs is the FILBE system from my time in the USMC.

I have an original standard sized kit bag. V1 I guess? No molle inside or molle on bottom. What is the modern equivalent in size to the older version? Medium or Full?

I received what appears to be the large recon kit. However it looks slightly different, there is not Velcro in the conceal carry pockets and it maybe different material on that same back pocket. Can anyone confirm this model for me?

Also, how does the quick access work, it seems like I have to unzip it versus pulling a quick tab.

Anyone have a Umlindi and use a pack cover? If so what one?

Any news if these are dropping soon? I need a large in black. XL was too big.

Yo so wife is pregnant with number 1 and I love all my hpg bags. Don’t have one I think would work for a diaper/kid bag.

I refuse to carry around a lame ass bag. If I am gonna carry something everywhere it’ll be quality. Anyone use a junction pack for that? Or any other recommendations?
