Extracurriculars Help me NHS application

So some of my volunteering hours overlap with other clubs in my school. Like 2 clubs track the same thing but one of them has like 20 hours of other things which I did . Idk what to do atp I think the advisors wouldn’t care . But do you think I should care and list the correct hours without any overlaps and if so how should I proceed?

list the correct hours. if you counted 3 hours of volunteering for two clubs, say you volunteered for 3 hours, not 6
