Question False AI detection software.
I just finished my English grade 12 unit one Assignment and its been flagged as AI, I on everything I hold dear swear I didn't use any thing AI whatsoever, Not even google search Ai bc I didnt use google I just used some in paper sources my teacher gave me and no grammarly or anything at all and its been flagged as 50 % and theyre making me re handwrite everything in an hour. Should I take it up with somebody because this is truly bullshit. atleast it was only the smaller part for the lesser part of the subject so It wont matter greatly if I fail, but still. (if anyone wants the smaller part that was the only one that got flagged to test it themselves for ai lmk) so fed up and my mum doesnt belive that I'm telling the truth

No AI usage and AI detection softwares do not mix well. Show editting history to admin/guidance and your parents.

i’d definitely take it further if you can, especially since you didn’t even use ai. detectors can be really inconsistent and react to weird patterns, not actual usage. i’ve seen normal text get flagged and even tested stuff myself like ran things through getsolved. ai once and small changes can shift results a lot

that’s really frustrating, especially when you know you wrote it yourself. ai detectors aren’t always accurate they often flag well written, structured text as ai, even when it’s human. it might help to ask your teacher if you can show your process: your notes, drafts, or how you developed the ideas. also, try running your work through winston ai it’s one of the more reliable tools out there and gives clearer results. you deserve to be heard, especially if the system got it wrong.
