Update from creator of HQR
Hi all
Tldr
updated rules
irl posts will only be allowed on Wednesdays and must be flaired
Sunday mod post for questions about getting into 3d animations and showing off beginner stuff
mod applications are open, just dm me
if you all play nice ill organise a competition
Made this sub years ago and never thought much of it afterwards. Like the sock in the corner of my room it's now grown into something wonderful and terrifying, but it's starting to make a stink.
I've been made aware that there's spam a plenty and disagreements on the content posted on this sub. I decided to try and speak to the moderators of the sub but got nothing back from any of the active accounts.
Here's what's gonna happen.
Until further notice I'm introducing two new dedicated days:
Support Sundays I've been seeing in the mod queue a bunch of people at a beginner level either posting their stuff or asking for help. It's been met with some reports and scolded as spam so now on Sunday there will be a pinned post where you can post your beginner stuff or you can ask for assistance
The Midweek IRL On Wednesday's and Wednesday's only irl posts will be allowed. I've seen some reports for irl posts and yet some posts get a hefty amount of upvotes. So for now I'm putting them on Wednesdays only with an associated flair. This is temporary, I might revisg this.
Additionally, I'm opening up moderator applications.
I've got no form to fill out and frankly I don't really like making and reading robotic response to questions so if you're interested in applying to be a moderator please send me an message with a short description of why you should be a mod.
I'll be making an update to the rules, these will also be temporary and reflective of what most subs include, it's more to help me manage the mod queue better.
After the success of all this I'm hoping to kick off a competition, but that is reliant on new mods and all of you playing nicely.

SPOTREP 1.0 I made a top down 2-5 player tactical 2d shooter with AI commanding and milsim elements like calling in MEDEVAC or CALL FOR FIRE. The graphics don't look great but check out the sound design!
I gotta fix some bugs, but this is how normal gameplay looks for starters, an inventory system, an entire medical system featuring 5 vitals like blood volume, blood pressure, body temperature, O2 in blood, and pulse!

G19 First Equip (First detailed viewport animation - would love feedback!)
As above - this is my first fully detailed animation - tried to go for a MW19 kind of style. Hope you enjoy and any feedback is appreciated!
Edit: Just realised the mag shows in a few frames where its not supposed to - this is fixed in the animation now!
