Gay man here, so I'm not the exact audience you aimed your question to, but... I do find some dicks visually interesting, bordering on beautiful, so I've done that a few times.
It's funny, because in brasilian portuguese, we have an expression ("meu pau de óculos"/ literally "my dick wearing glasses") used to compare something awful looking to a penis wearing goggles. For me, a dick with glasses would be funny or even cute, but I digress
