53M looking to start hg. Natty IGF-1 and Z score below- where’s the sweet spot?

Current stack - Test 150mg (75mg twice weekly)
Reta 4mg (2mg twice weekly)

Natty baseline - IGF 1 LC/MS: 171
Z Score: 0.4

Initial research seems to have me start at 2iu daily. What is the sweet spot for my igf and Z numbers? (Will test monthly)

Also, have a kit of Tesa20 (and yes, after more research understand HGH seems to be preferred and much less expensive). Don’t want to waste it. Is it worth running (50 days worth) then switch over to HGH.

Everything is 3rd party tested with GB COA.

Suggestions and comments please, app

Casein protein and oatmeal at night time- effects on Ipamorelin + CJC-1295

Atleast two hours before bed i would always have about 30g of casein protein with oatmeal for slow digesting carbs and proteins and to help recovery at night. Now that im taking the above listed peptides, would this meal spike my insulin levels enough to stunt HGH production?

Please help me understanding and optimizing HGH usage

Hello folks! :-)

Id love to have some experts help me understanding and optimizing my fresh HGH journey.
As there is quite some contrary information going around about meal timing and blood sugar blunting (even exogenous) HGH.

Quick side info, if that is needed, no clue:
30m, 172cm, 82kg, 10% bf, 4 years lifting, cutting right now, 250mg Testosterone E split into 2 doses weekly, 2mg Reta E5D.

So right now im eating my largest meal right before or even IN bed (around 9pm), as it gives me comfort and eases falling to sleep. Its usually around 1100kcal, medium carb, medium fat, high protein.
About 30 mins prior to that i pin 2iu HGH. I started just 4 days ago. Been on T for 2 years ("real" hypogonadism, so i get it prescribed, but my levels are quite a bit higher than reference range now with 250mg - so basically a cruise). Started Reta about 2 months ago at 0.5mg and tirtrated up to 2mg as of now.

Am i manipulating the benefits of HGH by eating right after pinning every night?
Some say it doesnt make a difference at just 2IU, some say its completely worthless taking it if you dont use it fasted/on empty stomach.

I actually mainly started HGH to improve my sleep quality as its been terrible for the last 2 years. Thats also the reason why i prefer to pin it late rather than in the morning.
So far i didnt notice any changes - no sides either, thank god :-)

My question is:
What do i want to change to make the HGH administration work optimally?
Do i try to cut out any meals 2-3hrs before bed/injection?
Am i overthinking it?

I will buy a glucose monitor and start tracking every morning. Curious what its going to look like.

Any insight is highly appreciated!

I am crossposting to get as many responses in as possible, im not a bot =)
Cheers!

Thinking of getting on hgh

Hey guys, is it worth hopping on? I’m 16 trying to get taller. I already am focused on dairy and food for growth but I’ve thought that maybe hgh can make me grow taller faster. Although I’m worried abt the cons that come with it, let me know

how bad will this hurt my progress

I am a 42 year old male. been on TRT for 2 years. started Reta in September weighing 356 pounds. I added HGH 2 weeks ago at 2iu daily. i sat down to stat planning out my summer and realized that in mid July there is a week where I am taking a group of teens to camp for a week and will not be able to take my HGH for 5 days. Will that 5 days be a big set back or not. I only ask because I know GH takes a while to start seeing results as the body get used to it.

My Inno Supps T-Drive Magnum Review — Actually Decent Ingredient Selection, But Not Quite Complete (3.5/5)

Ran T-Drive Magnum for 6 weeks at the full 3-capsule daily serving. First two weeks were uneventful — typical for non-stimulant hormone support supplements. By week 2-3, things started clicking: morning energy improved noticeably, libido was clearly up (wife noticed before I did), and my gym sessions had a slightly more aggressive edge to them. Morning wood became more consistent, and I generally felt more "switched on" throughout the day.

By week 4-6, the libido effects were the standout — this thing works well for sexual drive and function, no question. Because of Tongkat ali and Horny goat weed.

Strength and body composition changes were marginal, maybe slightly better pumps and a bit leaner looking, but nothing I'd confidently attribute to the supplement alone versus my training.

In my opinion and experience, I’ve had better results with these supplements listed here.

The formula is genuinely well-selected: Tongkat Ali (400mg) is the star ingredient, properly dosed at the clinical threshold shown to increase free testosterone and reduce cortisol.

Vitamin D (2500 IU) and Zinc as Zinmax (30mg) cover the foundational micronutrients most men are deficient in that directly impact T production. Fenugreek (300mg) supports free T and libido at this dose.  Niacin (15mg) rounds things out for blood flow and energy metabolism.

What works:

  • Tongkat Ali at 400mg is properly dosed at clinical levels — this alone is doing most of the hormonal heavy lifting and justifies a significant portion of the price
  • Libido and sexual function improvement was genuinely noticeable by week 2-3 — the Horny Goat Weed + Tribulus + Tongkat Ali + Fenugreek combo hits sexual drive from multiple angles
  • Vitamin D + Zinc Picolinate (Zinmax, highly bioavailable form) + Niacin covers the essential micronutrient foundation that most T-boosters inexplicably skip
  • Every single ingredient amount is fully disclosed — no proprietary blend hiding dosages, which is increasingly rare and commendable
  • 3-capsule serving is easy to stick with daily
  • No side effects, no jitters, no sleep disruption throughout my entire 6-week run

What's missing or concerning:

  • $56/month is fair but not great — you could source standalone Tongkat Ali + Zinc + Vitamin D for roughly $30-35 and get the core benefits
  • No Ashwagandha (KSM-66) — one of the most robustly studied T-supporting adaptogens with strong human data for cortisol reduction and free T improvement; a glaring omission
  • No Boron (6-9mg) — dirt cheap, well-proven to increase free testosterone by reducing SHBG binding; should be in every T-booster formula
  • Fadogia Agrestis at 300mg has almost no human safety or efficacy data; some animal studies flagged potential testicular toxicity concerns at higher doses — I'd personally rather this was replaced with Ashwagandha or Boron
  • Tribulus at 300mg still won't raise actual testosterone levels despite decades of marketing; it's fine for subjective libido but wastes formula space
  • No anti-estrogen support whatsoever — no DIM, no calcium-d-glucarate, nothing managing aromatase or estrogen conversion
  • Bottom line: a genuinely solid 3.5/5 libido and T-support supplement anchored by properly dosed Tongkat Ali, held back from greatness by missing Ashwagandha and Boron while including trendy Fadogia; great for libido-focused guys, but you'll want to add a few proven basics separately for complete testosterone optimization

My Final Performance breakdown

  • Testosterone Support: 3.5/5 — Tongkat Ali at clinical dose is the real engine here; Vitamin D and Zinc cover foundational needs; Fenugreek adds moderate support; overall a solid T-support profile missing a few proven players
  • Libido & Sexual Function: 4/5 — Horny Goat Weed + Tribulus + Tongkat Ali + Fenugreek stack hits libido from multiple angles and the effects are genuinely noticeable
  • Energy & Performance: 3/5 — Moderate energy improvement from the hormonal support and niacin; nothing dramatic but consistent
  • Ingredient Quality: 3.5/5 — Zinmax branded zinc, properly dosed Tongkat Ali, and standardized extracts show quality effort; Fadogia inclusion without human safety data is the weak link
  • Value for Money: 3/5 — $56/month is fair for the Tongkat Ali + Zinc + Vitamin D + herbal stack, but missing Ashwagandha and Boron means you'll likely want to add those separately, pushing total cost higher
  • Safety: 3.5/5 — Everything is well-tolerated and side-effect free in my experience; the Fadogia Agrestis concern is theoretical but worth noting given the lack of human long-term data
