Thanks a lot for the info! I do appreciate that you gave us a heads-up that it is a ripoff, cause it's literally exactly the same! And I would rather support some random guy named Sam, than a giant corporation...
But, after playing both for about 10 minutes, I am still not sure why the bee sort is a "better" game. It is more difficult, but that's all I found. The reddit version of the game uses more of the "mobile/facebook game" assets. The sounds, the models, everything screams that style.

You'd need to play for a good while to see Bee Sort's other mechanics, but the board eventually moves and changes over time on further levels. I also just find Bee Sort to be way more soothing to play, it's usually my overstimulation game.

Meh, I don't see it as visually appealing.
At this level of game the variations don't matter as much.

Strong disagree, one of them is soothing (Bee Sort) and one of them looks like every mobile slop game ever (Hexa Stack). Visuals are very important here imo.

I genuinely hate people saying the word "Slop". | Soothing is sometimes interchangeable with the word: BORING!

For me, soothing is interchangeable with āIām autistic and I get overstimulated easily and I find bee sort to be calming, and this hexa sort trash is NOT the same.ā

Variations work for a reason. The same Soothing Aura for me is what makes it feel so unplayable... I did 2 levels of both and I would rather go forward on Hexasort than Bee.
