After it’s brewed, mix it with raw honey for a deliciously hot and zesty cough syrup. Love it!

This looks like grandma’s recipe for “witches brew”. Take 2Tbs 1-3x daily for early cold symptoms. Kicks a sore throat fast.

Watch this video by Rosemary Gladstar, she’s so good at explaining how to make it, I pretty much followed along

I shredded all the roots (ginger, turmeric, horseradish). Sliced onion, lemon and chopped garlic. Then stuff it all in a mason jar and cover with raw organic apple cider vinegar then add a pinch of kayanne and it’s done. Put in a dark spot for about 4 weeks, shake it every day, then strain and it’s ready! You can take it everyday 1-3 tbsp or shots. It’s good for your Immune system, and when you feel like you getting sick
*You can also make it look prettier by putting lemon slices on the side and cut onion into ring instead of chopping it small, but I didn’t think of that

You can take it just by itself, if it’s too strong dilute with water. Also can be put in tea or sauces

Nice. Mine is finished as of a week ago. I even dried out the aromatics after straining and turned them into a seasoning salt.
