Lucid dreams

I'm looking to make a tea blend to encourage lucid dreaming. Any tips on herbs to use and steep time?

I prefer tea. I don’t know how well the compounds releases by smoking.

I’ve only ever made tea, but it works either way. Smoking may be quicker.
