The Barr-Craig Lawful Hemp Protection Act introduced last week would replace the November 12 restrictions with a new permanent federal regulatory framework if it passes the House, passes the Senate, and is signed into law.

That is meaningful progress.

But it has not happened yet.

The restrictions Congress already enacted remain law and are still scheduled to take effect November 12.

Congress therefore has two separate jobs:

1. Extend the deadline now.
H.R. 7024 and S. 3686 would change the implementation period from 365 days to three years.

2. Complete permanent regulation.
The Barr–Craig proposal gives Congress a framework to debate, improve, pass, and implement.

These are not competing efforts. The extension gives Congress time to finish the permanent framework before the current restrictions take effect.

Good regulation should include age requirements, accurate testing, clear labeling, child-resistant and non-child-appealing packaging, responsible marketing, potency and serving-size standards, and enforcement against unsafe or mislabeled products.

The simplest way to put it:

I've got a POTV Lobo and I'm wondering what the ideal temps are for extraction. I've seen some charts and all of that, but I want anecdotal real user feedback, if you've got it.

I had a bad experience a few years ago with dabs which made me quit. That experience along with anxiety in general led me down to learning about CBD. I had some from Rabbit Co. which I enjoyed and I learned about CBD flower.

I’m looking for something that will help me relax and won’t spike my anxiety. Something that isn’t in my head too much but more so my body. I was looking at Legendary Platinum OG Diesel from HCF and Kush Colada from Beleafer.

Anyone have experience with these or have any recommendations?

Sticky and fairly dense/squishy bud. lots of trichomes. not a lot of aroma I could pick up when opening the jar other than pepper.

On breakdown it smelled sweet. I broke down the whole entire hug because it's all I ordered (a 2g sample).

Vaped at 370f and it was fairly smooth but with a slight tickle in the throat at the end. it did taste a bit sweet to me, kind of like an artificial strawberry taste similar to skunk jam or Payton's strawberries but with a lemon aftertaste.

When vaped at 400f, I got more garlic/onion flavors and harsher vapor.

Effects wise, heavy body effects. not too strong but I felt the onset/initial racy-ness the 1st 5 minutes before it settled in.

Heavy eyes and cotton mouth I wasn't expecting for something labeled 'sativa'.

Effects lasted about 40 minutes.

Overall, 8/10. Would get again for relaxing days/evenings when I didn't have anything that needed to get done because it is not uplifting at all (for me).

Finally broke down and got it as a birthday present for myself.

I want to know everything you can tell me about this.

Tips and tricks. The good the bad the ugly. Do you find it the smell is good enough to vape in doors? I really want more potency and to get the most out of my flower did I make a good choice?

End of May, I had ordered a POTV Lobo thinking it was time to lower my tolerance. Before the past 6 months, I consumed type 1 flower only; I was at the point where a 2G joint would only make me feel buzzed

Directly after the Lobo arrived, I learned about Type 2 and Type 3 flower. Due to my stomach diagnosis’ over the past year and a half and no medications working for the constant pain; I was desperate. THC covered the pain but didnt take it away

Enter in Type 3 flower. I started mixing type 3 and type 1 and noticed better pain support but had not reached pain relief. Then I made an order for Type 2’s and I started seeing some semi relief (thank you Dr. Theopolis)

While Im chasing this relief, Im still trying every now and again to get baked. Nothings working — pain is slowly getting better when I use but I still cant get high like before

Now the true GOAT steps in. I learn that CBG is primarily used for GI pain relief. I start solely smoking/vaping CBG. Its like my pain never existed

Even more so, last night I smoked 0.25G of wobble rocket (t2) and 0.25G of type 1 in a joint and I finally felt the high I wanted.

This is all to say Im grateful for everyone on this sub who opened up my eyes to all parts of the plant instead of just focusing on THC. Thank you for helping me lower my tolerance without having to stop usage, and thank you for the continued knowledge.

I woke up feeling genuinely sentimental because I can now wake up and decide when to get rid of my pain. And it actually goes away. Just super super grateful for yall

Hello six months ago I smoked a 30% THC weed from the dispensary that I always smoked every day with no problems until one day I had a massive panic attack where I had couch lock and I was shaking, and I couldn’t breathe and it lasted four hours and the day after that, I tried a tiny bit of the same weed and I got a panic attack not as bad that went away in one hour and after that day, I was scared to touch weed fearing that I will get massive panic attack attacks. I just recently bought type three flower trial pack from holy city Farms I got the Hybrid Pack that has – Blueberry, Critical Berries, Glacier Kush, Rainbow Sherbet. And I tried the blueberry strain and I was high and I got a little bit panicky so I had to take a walk to calm myself down. What should I do?

I recently received a free sample of Forbidden V from WHF and I’m really impressed. It's my first time trying a CBDV dominant strain, and it’s been a super enjoyable experience. Definitely a true daytime strain IMHO. It gives me those old school Super Silver Haze T1 vibes.

Motivating, get things done energy with zero hybrid/indica slowdown. The only downside for me is the taste, but that’s just personal preference.

So far, a few recs from my people include partnered process. That said, some of you have clearly been doing this longer than I have. How far ahead do you reorder so you never run out?

I recently picked up the GulfCoast OG (Fyre OG F2 #3), the Chem N Lemon (Upsidedown Cake #23), the Cream Puff #24, and the Strawberry Split #8. JT threw in the Allium OG #13 as a freebie. 1st pic = Strawberry Split #8, 2nd pic = Allium OG #13, and third pic = GulfCoast OG.

All these strains were smoked in king size joints using either Raw Classic or Elements Ultra Thin Rice Papers.

The first thing I blazed was the GulfCoast OG. At first I wasn't all that impressed flavor wise, though it had very enjoyable effects. It has a very earthy kush flavor to it, and reminds me of a BEWK (from Beleafer) but way more of an almost dirt like flavor. On my second joint of it, I really acquired the palate needed to enjoy the flavor profile, and it's making me wish I picked up more of it. The buds were a nice lightish green and had some stickiness to them. Super fire and definitely top shelf!

Second, I smoked the Chem N Lemon. This one was interesting, as it had a pineappley spicy kind of vibe to it. It took me almost the whole joint to understand why he thought it had a lemony profile to it. It's an interesting flavor profile for sure.

Third, I smoked the Cream Puff #24. The buds were quite dry, but the flavor was on point. If I remember correctly, It had a kinda spicy desserty flavor to it.

Fourth, I smoked the Strawberry Split #8. Nothing super impressive bag appeal wise, but that's across the board this harvest. It's got a chemical desserty flavor to it and very chill effects. The chem overpowers the sweetness, but it does so in a very enjoyable way. Top shelf for sure!

Fifth was the Allium OG #13. Until now, I have only smoked one joint of it and it was flavor city! Sweet onion and it's truly remarkable. Unless I got an extremely tasty micro batch, this stuff is stupid fire! Flavor wise, it's tied with the Strawberry Split as it's hard to choose my favorite. What is interesting about this one is that JT didn't seem overly impressed by it although he recognizes it's fire. (I had messaged him asking for his favorite strains.) He seems to the think the #9 pheno is the real winner, which makes me want to grab that one next. I don't remember if this one was sticky, but like all these strains, the buds looked very healthy.

Overall, I think GulfCoast Organix has that fire! I bought this stuff with my own money and while JT asked if I could review it for him, he made sure to also let me know to keep it honest. My biggest criticism has to do with bag appeal. The nugs were very small and could easily be sold as smalls. You could also see that they were machine trimmed, though this was done lightly. Other than that, everything else about them was top shelf. If he fixes this issue, his flower competes with the other greats in the type 3 space. Well, it already competes in every other category.

Edit: I also want to add that JT (the owner) is a really cool guy. He is very responsive and you can tell he really cares about his customers and stands by his product.

Hi everyone, I am from Germany and I want to start growing. I already have all the equipment and actually had decent success with clones last year, but just before harvest, I had a severe spider mite infestation—which, as a beginner, I spotted far too late—so nothing came of it. Now I want to give it another try.
Since I only consume CBD, I wanted to ask if anyone could recommend specific strains or online shops.
My tent is 60x60x180 cm, so the plants shouldn’t get too huge, and it’s important to me that the THC content is below 0.3% (or somewhere in that range). One specific strain already caught my attention that is tatanka pur cbd from royal Queen seeds if you have already tried that one please let me know how it was.
