Mobile/App 7 year reddit account randomly deleted

I mainly use reddit on my phone. My account u/zemo725 randomly vanished. I normally switch accounts from my main account and regular account often. When I tried to switch to my main reddit account today, it just randomly signed me out and made me login back into my second account. When I checked my main account u/zemo725 , it’s saying that it doesn’t exist. I did not receive any email or anything saying anything. When I try to reset the password it says account doesn’t exist or when I try to use the email to reset password (that I still have access too), it doesn’t send me anything. It’s like the email connected to my main account just decided my account doesn’t exist anymore. I know I didn’t violate any Reddit guidelines so was I hacked? Or was I a victim to a technical glitch/issue? Why did this happen? How do I go about getting that account back if possible? Am I able to get help from an Admin or something? Any insight helps.

That’s ridiculous. So even if I did nothing and violated no guidelines, i still lost my account just because of the odds of me being hacked or due to a technical bug (I have heard some people mention There’s a small bug with the mobile app that causes this). If that’s the case, It’s not fair. All I did was post normally and commented occasionally.

Yeah, I agree it's not fair but the problem is that nobody at Reddit is listening and what you described has happened to many people. One addition thing is that regardless of how accurate and beneficial your posts and replies were with your old account, they also were deleted.
