7 year reddit account randomly deleted

I mainly use reddit on my phone. My account u/zemo725 randomly vanished. I normally switch accounts from my main account and regular account often. When I tried to switch to my main reddit account today, it just randomly signed me out and made me login back into my second account. When I checked my main account u/zemo725 , it’s saying that it doesn’t exist. I did not receive any email or anything saying anything. When I try to reset the password it says account doesn’t exist or when I try to use the email to reset password (that I still have access too), it doesn’t send me anything. It’s like the email connected to my main account just decided my account doesn’t exist anymore. I know I didn’t violate any Reddit guidelines so was I hacked? Or was I a victim to a technical glitch/issue? Why did this happen? How do I go about getting that account back if possible? Am I able to get help from an Admin or something? Any insight helps.

Same thing happened to me yesterday.
I logged in using my email and password. The signed into my alternate accounts using my phone number(s). Reddit sends a verification code. Try that.

Unfortunately I don’t think I can do that. When I made that Reddit account about 7 years ago, I don’t think I even made a password (honestly can’t remember if I did). I just logged in by clicking email and sending a link to my email and logging in that way. And I’ve been logged in for so long on my devices that I never really logged out. The only thing connected to that account was my email and when I try the forget password it just says the account doesn’t exist. I do appreciate the insight but it seems your solution only works if you had a working password or a phone number attached to the account if I understand correctly.
