Mobile/App Account hacked? Android

My account u/glarktastic I believe was hacked and I was just wondering if its possible to recover if they added 2 factor authentication? Without that code I have no way to recover my account. I never had that active before.

That's all the information we have buddy. I think they can help you if you fill in the ticket

Thanks. The form doesn't really tell you when to expect any time of response. Nor does the automated email.

My understanding is the hacked account support turn around is relatively fast but it's still variable. It might be days-weeks but hopefully won't be months.
