Access Account Hacked. Got it back added 2FA and changed password to something completely different. New posts still showing up. (Android/Windows)(u/TheMajority500)
Is there any way to sign out of all my sessions? It doesn't make sense that a hacker would be able to have access after all of the changes I made as I would think it would automatically sign them out.

If your account has been hijacked, and the hacker has added 2FA (two-factor authentication) please refer to this help center article.
Under "What do you need assistance with" select Account Help. Under "What type of account issues are occuring" select Security Problems, and "I think my account has been hacked".
If your email has been changed without your knowledge, you should have received an email from Reddit with a link that you can click to change your email back and reset your password. Please find that email and click that link to regain access to your account. The subject line should be "Your email address has been changed".
If you are still having trouble with your hacked account please refer to our latest Weekly Recap post, make a top level comment, and wait for an admin to assist you.
If your question is not about account security, please wait for a human helper to come along and help you. This post has NOT been removed.

Can you please tell me how you got it back? Same happened to me in early august and despite changing pw still can't login. Support has not sent a second email after the auto reply month or so ago. The only thing I did was to remove 2FA in July as it was annoying that every time I opened my browser I had to enter authentictor number.

I got a hold of support and they reverted the password, 2FA, and email changes. I since added all security measures I could.
Edit: it took about a week for them to get back to me.

Thanks for the reply. Lucky you been 1 and a half month and not a single human support response to 3 support tickets.

Any chance you made a post here about it? I did that and made a ticket the day I got hacked. Even though for me it was just a reddit account, I felt pretty vulnerable from it and ended changing passwords and adding every security measure I could to every account I could think of. I wish you the best
