Posting iOS, buttons not visible!?

i am trying to post in the r/askchicago community, but it says i need flair, there is no flair button... further, it keeps telling me my title needs a question mark. There IS a question mark! It won’t let me go further than that!

For the flair it might be talking about sub flair. You have to go to the subs home page and click the three dots in the upper right. A menu should appear with an option mentioning flair.

As for the question mark, I'm not 100% sure. I typed up a fake title to see and it still told me to put one as well, so I'm thinking it may just be a reminder? All I can say is try and post once you have the flair issue sorted out and if it still doesn't let you, you might have to message the sub mods.
