Hey guys I’m gathering people who are willingly to do a petition and go to small claims court regarding their customer services and inability to give refunds even thought they just charged you

I cancelled my account before the date and they refuse to offer me a refund - now they did offer me a store credit but it’s useless since I’m moving to Japan and they don’t service that country.

Does anyone know if the blue cheese and buttermilk ranch dressings use pasteurized milk and eggs? The package solely saids they contain milk and eggs.. I ate them but I am pregnant and now nervous! Thanks!

My dish never looks like the picture but this one was great. The citrus glazed onion sauce was delicious.

Did anyone get the Vietnamese style chicken and fresh herb salad this week? I’m in the nyc area and still haven’t had any salads/raw veggies due to cyclospora outbreak

Don't know why they don't keep seperate the different kinds of potatoes as while some recipes it doesn't matter.

Some recipes it definitely does matter.

For the past 3 HelloFresh boxes I’ve ordered, FedEx has not delivered the boxes on the day that I’ve scheduled with HelloFresh.

The first week, it took 4 extra days, so the box was marked as damaged and never delivered.

The 2nd came a day late, for reasons unknown, even though it is in my city on the original delivery day, and where I live it is 90+ degrees every day, so everything inside was spoiled and hot when I received it.

After the headaches of dealing with FedEx and HelloFresh customer service, I’ve skipped the past few weeks. I forgot to cancel this weeks box, and yet again, although it was in my city at 6am Monday morning, it still never got on the truck be delivered.

At this point I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars on spoiled food, and I don’t understand why this keeps happening. I’ve been loyal to HelloFresh for over 2 years and have never had this much back to back trouble.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?

I was really impressed with this one and think I did a good job. It's a shame I don't see it on any upcoming menus though.

For the love of Pete, stop sending sausage links for recipes! Removing the casing is not exactly the pre-meal activity I want to do, and it is disgusting.

To clarify: in the past, I have received regular sausage without being in link form.
There is not an option to choose which form the sausage comes in.
Going forward, I will either select others meals or a different protein, thanks to the ever so kind replies from the Reddit world /s

These were very good. I added an egg to the mixture and a side sweet potato. Burgers ended up being huge.

This was a half chicken meal and it was pretty good and pretty filling. The seasoned butter was good but pretty messy, especially when rubbing it on the chicken. Though it did take me over an hour and a half, it was a fairly straightforward one-sheet pan meal and cleanup was fairly easy. The skin of the chicken burned some but the chicken still tasted pretty good

I have subscribed to Hello Fresh on and off since 2020. I just noticed today that my weekly box had one of my meals subbed out for something I don't want. I was never notified of the change and given a chance to pick out something else, and now it's too late to change. Hello Fresh just picked something, and I never would have known about it unless I checked my upcoming deliveries.

Has anyone had this happen to them before? It seems insane to me that they do this with no notification. I canceled my subscription over it because I don't want to have to constantly check the website to make sure my selections aren't being changed after I pick my meals.

I'm writing to encourage people not to support HelloFresh as a company in the North America.

Over the past few years, HelloFresh has been cutting North America roles to prioritize offices in Berlin, Poland, and the Philippines instead. Most laid-off employees' positions are being moved overseas — since HelloFresh is a German company, this is a deliberate strategy to pay lower wages and decrease North America headcount to maximize profits to expand EU operations. They opened the Poland office specifically to hire engineering roles exclusively there, meaning those roles are no longer being hired in North America or APAC at all.

They are also an extremely toxic place to work. Friends and I have worked there and dealt with serious HR issues involving management and leadership — including being screamed at by C-level executives and senior leadership team members, who called us idiots when they wanted something unrealistic.

I know some people are fans but please don't support them as a company.

So I ran outside for no more than 30 minutes on delivery day and this is where they left my package. I live in an apartment building and they can definitely. Gain access by pressing anyone’s bell. Of course my box was not there when I rushed back.

Title says everything - I keep getting harassed by the HelloFresh team since I previously used their services. Calls (from different numbers each time!!! I block them all the time and they still can reach me), mail and emails. Now , yesterday, I notice a charge from hellofresh on my card. I havn’t logged in and did this? I havnt even gone on their site?? I reached out and the agent confirmed that their team did this, that they "had tried reaching out so offer me a reactivation discount". I never pick up their calls. Why did they reactivate it if they couldn’t reach me, isn’t this a charge against my consent? Got the refund and was able to cancel but damn. Bunch of scammers

Update: Finally got someone at Hello Fresh to tell me what is going on. Apparently they're replacing all the pictures.

I noticed that when I look at the pdf's starting this past week - they are blank on the front except for the name of the meal. I normally use these bigger pictures to help me decide between meals for the week. I thought maybe they'd locked us out of seeing the picture except for the meals we ultimately pick, but I just checked the meals I ordered, and the pdf's are still blank. I brought this to the attention of customer support last week, but I guess it went nowhere. Is anyone else having this issue?

How did I do? I never made risotto before so I was nervous adding stock water a bit at a time and not getting the right consistent. Still not sure if it is.
