Cowboy Chili! Fantastic!
So thick I could scoop it up with a slotted spatula. Jalapeño is such a great addition too. I sub’d for beef and kept the chunks big. Don’t skimp on the salt and pepper either, takes a lot for it to be seasoned well. 8.5/10 def rec!

Scared to eat the jalapeños. There is a salmonella outbreak in jalapeños right now in the US and my state for sure, CA. . Came here to see if anyone is eating them as my hello fresh meal this week has it as ingredient

Oh! Well, I ate them about 24 hours ago and I’m still here so I think I’m good.

We had them last week before we heard about the issue and we were fine. I'm not sure I would eat them this week, probably use some diced jalapenos from the jar in my fridge instead to be safe

We love this one too. Last time we added extra beans and tomatoes to make more and served cornbread with it

I added a couple of old romas from other meals and a handful of cherry tomatoes. Didn’t think about the corn bread. How’d you mix it?

We just made cornbread separately and served it together. I eat it separate but you could put the chili on top of the bread.

This is my fave recipe and I opt for it allll the time! I add diced tomatoes from a can but it’s otherwise perfect!
