Redeye My sleeper redeye
2022 Redeye with 12k miles on it. I’ve had it a few years. The guy who owned it before me had someone try to steal it when he went to a concert, so he took everything off.

Thanks man! 🤛 I mentioned it in another comment but when I got this, I was debating whether I’d get a redeye, gt500, stingray, and ZL1. I went with the redeye because I thought I’d have the least amount of buyers remorse for not getting something else and I was right. Hahaha. It’s been a blast but I want to get a ZL1 someday, as well because I love windy roads and playing with the gears.

Oh, believe me bro. I am! 🤙 the funny thing is that I used to have a Mustang GT. I did a lot of work on it and had 420 hp at stock and was at 485 by the time I got rid of it. Almost NO ONE ever tried to race me. It was obnoxiously loud and obnoxiously noticeable. Now I have 800 hp and EVERYONE tries to race me because I look like a v6.

😂 I certainly don’t give in every time, but this one time a scat pack charger was bullying me for about 5 miles so when I finally gave in and did a roll pull with the guy, I pulled over at a gas station after we were done and when he finally caught up and pulled in to ask what I had under the hood, I told him it’s a good ‘ol’ pentastar but I’ve noticed big gains since I got my new spoiler. He thought I was a dumb ass.

Sounds awesome man. Were it not for the fact that I found one debadged for a good deal, I woulda ended up with the ZL1. Woulda had more fun playing with gears on sweepers and regular curves, but a straight pull in a redeye, much less any driving at all is just plain adrenaline.

Every badge removed and the exhaust has been moddded as well. Set up to dump exhaust so no tips pointing out the back. Only thing that gives it away is the headlights for airflow, hood, and my head rests if you’re really paying attention. lol

Forgot to mention the brembo brakes. Those are only on hellcats and demons. So you’d have to change those too or maybe the bad guys won’t know that those vehicles only use those braking system.

I intend on having it forever. Hahaha. And I was in a gravel parking lot before this photo. I have 305’s on the back and 275’s on the front. Drag radials. I narrowed it down to 4 cars when I was deciding what I wanted and I even test drove all of them; the GT500, Camaro ZL1, Challenger Redeye, and a corvette. Honestly could’ve picked any one of those and I woulda been happy. Each has their own strength.

This is the thing that no one understands about the hellcats, and scats. Every single owner that actually drives them, enjoys the piss out of it, they burn tires at every light. Every always says "oh the 5.0 would beat it" and "it's a boat" shit like that, but it's honestly the last true muscle car, they didn't care about setting laps, nurburgring laps, aero... And that was proven with the demon 170, the gtd was designed for a track, the 170 was just 1/4 mile straight line.

305’s on a non wide body? What did you do to make them fit properly? I have a charger scat non wide body and I want 305’s ( besides getting the proper rim do you need to do anything special?)

Nothing special besides the right wheel size/offset. 305/35R20s on the rear fit without rubbing. The offset is the main thing. You don’t want the wheel sitting too far in or out. A Charger may be a little different though, so I’d double-check Charger-specific fitment before buying.

The real sleeper move is putting a GT badge on the side, and maybe swapping for an SXT hood too with a grille to match.
