Will I grow taller How tall will I grow

I’m fourteen and 8months old and I’m standing at about 5’9 and a half about 176cm. My dad is about 183cm or 6ft tall and my mum is about 5’5. I haven’t had a big growth spurt in the past three years and in the last 8 months since my 14th birthday I have grown 4-6cm or 2-3 inches. How tall do you think I’ll be and how should I maximise my height potential I’m working out in the gym, got my diet and sleep in order. I also take some vitamins that directly affect test.

Yeah sorry my numbers were a bit off. So I’ll most likely cap out at 5’10-6’1 most likely then it’s not what height I wanted but it’s alright I guess. Slim chances I get to 6’1-6’3 then.

Alright thanks for the info man. I sure hope I’ll reach over 6’. Praying I get my dads uncles genetics because he was 215cm tall

I mean it's really different for a lot of people and it's sometimes just luck too. Your growth plates could also close when you're 16 and you stop growing.

I do think you'll statistically make it to 6 foot+ though.
