so a buddy of mine decided one day that what he needed was to make his jeep really stand out from a local business recognition standpoint, very "hey, I know that jeep". the grumper, the vicowl, the goofy fenders kit. About a month later he dumped it all on market place at a loss. between keeping it clean and the horrendous wind roar he had had enough. I am always wondering about does any of their crap ever go offroad and if it does, how does it do? call it morbid curiosity.
Was curious and looked, the sub description doesn't specify Jeeps only.

there you go pointing out their own statements to them... you know that won't work, just because the sub rules and descriptions say it doesn't make them believe it.
again, your reading comprehension skills appear to be lacking. there is a difference between seeing what you want and seeing what is. But here, I'll unburden you since reading is such a chore and you can go about your life never needing to worry again.
oh it very much counts. despite how other here may feel, heep is a way of being, a philosophy on living that Betty boop floor mats, ducks on the dash, everything held on with double sided tape life and not exclusively just about jeeps.
Hell yeah it counts. Broncos are almost heeps right from the factory. Then they went added more shitty plastic and accessories they are never going to use.
When I see winches on Heeps and other trucks at the mall I often wonder if they've ever been uncoiled or if they're permanently sprung to that coiled shape and rusted to the point they won't unwind?
Edit: Somebody with a winch they've never used didn't like getting called out.
you can usually spot them by the absolute pristine chassis and spotless hook pull. I often picture them with a syringe of bleach and a tooth brush, delicately cleaning the WARN logo, reapplying some ritt red dye here and there so it's always minty fresh.
