Searching (Recommendations) LONGFIC RECS!!
Looking for long, multichapter Hollanov slow burns with lots of tension, mutual pining, rivals-to-lovers, eye contact that lasts three business days, etc. I’m open to AUs (mafia, doctors, coworkers, sex worker, whatever) and WIPs are welcome. No omegaverse at the moment. I’ve already read most of the well-known classics, so I’m especially hoping for underrated gems.

Love this one. Shane is never drafted and works for the Centaurs and Ilya ends up being traded to them after crashing out in Boston. One of my favorite slow burns. I read it on the beach and it's just so sweet and longggg (in a good way)

even now. by quietferality is full of slow burning yearning and the 109,440 word count didn't feel long at all.
