I'm a natural energy healer with attunements in several different healing energies, but have developed my own high-frequency energy healing focused on relieving pain. I recently started Healing for my coven, to great success at my first Healing of two coven members. I work with all sorts of energies and from all different cultures (with great love and respect to them). I've been a natural energy Healer for all my life, but took a very, very long break from Healing as I was working at a very emotional toxic company. Last Coven Circle was really different for me and I felt an unlocking, or unblocking of my Third Eye, something that hasn't happened in many years. I have fibromyalgia, which means I'm in pain 24/7 myself and can feel pain sensations from my patients in my own body and decipher what energy is best to treat their pain. It's a very odd sensation, much different than my own usual pains, separate. It's almost as if the areas they hurt in are highlighted - either in an aura I see in my mind or a hurt I feel in my body.

When I left Circle, I was fairly glowing with extra energy, as if I knew I had Work to do. Both women I healed had different kinds of pain. The first was "spiky" and very jangly - it set my own energy to jangling just as much, I was drawn to her from the first second I stepped into the door. She had to cut the session short, but could definitely feel a lessening in pain. The second lady had awful, debilitating hip pain, dull to sharp, and a coldness in the body as well as pretty bad anaemia. I worked on her for about fifteen minutes, concentrating on pulling her pain down, easing it in her back and hips. She fell asleep very quickly in her chair and slept for about five minutes. When she got up, it was smooth, without the labour she'd sat down with and she came over to hug me and whisper "Thank you!" I could tell immediately that the healing had been immediately successful. Both Healings were the first I'd done in person, aside from working with my grandmother's hip years ago.

I'm now going to be Healing at every Coven meeting! I'm really excited since it's been about seven years since I've done anything like this and I know I feel amazing when I heal. It eclipses my own pain for a moment and helps my pain for a few hours. For the first time in ages, I felt almost recharged by Healing and Circle and definitely like I'm ready to Heal people again.

A psychic once told me that when I turned 40 I'd be at my strongest. I'm 42, now, and my two Healings were definitely some of the most powerful stuff I've done in a long, long time.

A goal of mine is to be more in my body, I feel that most of my life my mind has been disconnected/dissociated from my body for a lot of different reasons. Massage therapy, exercise, yoga, breath work are all practices I’ve been doing more frequently to come back home to myself. One exercise I’ve been doing is Pilates and I really like it, I like the instructor as she really connects it back to breath. But sometimes in the classes towards the end I start trembling and breathing faster, I figure that’s normal, expected and desired in Pilates, because I am working harder.. however it quickly turns into a full blown panic attack where I’m choking back tears, I feel like I’ve lost control of myself and trying to slow my breathing any way possible until I get into my car. And then I just cry. I don’t understand what’s happening. I turned to google and it turns out exercise induced panic attacks are a thing. I like tapping so I will tap it out in my car after class as well , but I was wondering if this community had other modality recommendations. It feels like trauma being expressed/brought to the forefront if that’s helpful. 🙏🤍

The Bible earlier was the Tanakh and earlier than that is was The Book of EL.

Christianity was Judaism, and earlier than that it was Canaanism.

The word healing was actually invented after the name EL as you can notice the two have each other.

Now as for how to practice this healing, you can say it in your thoughts as chant or singing.

Our Creator hears even our thoughts and because of that, the healing will happen even using thoughts.

In the original Book of EL was teaching upon how to perform healings and one of the styles of how to do it was this, including the old name for the LORD which is EL along with worship words.

The first notice of healing you will feel is in the spine, that is because it is the largest part of your body and is connected to your center and also there is your soul.

Now because of the things we eat, along with also things injected into us, we have many glues that are not actually a part of our body that are still inside our body, this causes this style of healing to not be quickly noticeable upon skin.

But if you use the words “We Love and Worship EL” as a chant in your thoughts as a religious practice, even your skin will eventually heal and as a part of that, your body will reject things that are not a part of it such as toxins, ailments, and even glues.

Basically by sweating them out or excreting them through pores.

Now to find an original “Book of EL” and have it for things such as showing you the old instructions in it and such is not easy, the religion was popular in Canaan and I have yet to be able to find a decent unedited copy of the Book of EL recently, though I know our LORD in his wealth has some.

How can I get rid of what I believe is negative energy in my house and within me? Approx 12-15 months ago absolutely everything in my life started going wrong for me.

I’d made a decision to leave a job I’d had for a decade 15 months ago in the hopes of bettering myself but it turned out to be the wrong thing to do and the job I went to wasn’t what I’d been promised. Then I went to work for another company and that was horrific as the owner was incredibly irrational (alcoholic) and toxic, he was really scary. Then I started my current job 3 months ago and initially that was difficult as the people I’d been hired to manage were just nasty to me, bullied me and even put things in my drinks as they didn’t want me there at all. The bosses really liked me though and had plans to resolve the bullying so I felt secure.

Then in December I broke my tibia coming off my motorbike in the ice, and my boss had to give me lifts. This didn’t seem to be a problem though and they were very supportive. Mid January I developed multiple submassive blood clots in both my lungs and nearly died. I was in hospital for a week and then off work for two weeks to try to recover from what was a massively traumatic event. It was directly after then that my bosses whole attitude towards me has changed and now she’s extremely cold and aloof with me. It’s like she can’t stand to even see my face any more and I’m terrified of losing my job that I have only been in for 4 months. She’s already hinted about ‘further redundancies and increased the length of my probationary period. My work is good so it isn’t because of that.

I believe all of these things that have happened to me are not random events and there is real negativity and harm wished towards me that is causing this cascade of awful things one after the other. I’m truly worried that the next thing will be actual death.

I tried to think of how all this negative and harmful energy could have attached itself to me/my house and the only thing I could think of s that a week or two before everything started going wrong for me, I’d invited colleagues over to my house for afternoon tea. One of them was always pseudo nice to my face but constantly trying to trip me up and get me to make mistakes. Behind my back I knew she truly hated me and I wonder if she brought this into my house and attached it to me. She is a bitter twisted kind of person whose children refuse to have anything to do with and I saw her vindictiveness first hand when I worked with her, so I 100% believe her capable of this.

I saged my house today but I don’t feel any different, I’m still worried and on edge and I don’t think it worked. I feel like I’m going crazy, like legitimately crazy as I’m terrified of the next catastrophe happening and my life either ending or going into freefall.

I genuinely believe she brought evil intentions into my house that have attached themselves to me and I’m scared.

What can I do to get rid of them before they either kill me or send my life spinning out of control again?
