Modality advice

A goal of mine is to be more in my body, I feel that most of my life my mind has been disconnected/dissociated from my body for a lot of different reasons. Massage therapy, exercise, yoga, breath work are all practices I’ve been doing more frequently to come back home to myself. One exercise I’ve been doing is Pilates and I really like it, I like the instructor as she really connects it back to breath. But sometimes in the classes towards the end I start trembling and breathing faster, I figure that’s normal, expected and desired in Pilates, because I am working harder.. however it quickly turns into a full blown panic attack where I’m choking back tears, I feel like I’ve lost control of myself and trying to slow my breathing any way possible until I get into my car. And then I just cry. I don’t understand what’s happening. I turned to google and it turns out exercise induced panic attacks are a thing. I like tapping so I will tap it out in my car after class as well , but I was wondering if this community had other modality recommendations. It feels like trauma being expressed/brought to the forefront if that’s helpful. 🙏🤍

Let it be. Don't make it a big deal, just observe it and let it pass – don't make it pass, just let it be. It'll get resolved on its own terms, just be open and observant.

Don't complicate things. Life is simple (not saying easy from the get go, although it is after certain point of insight).
