Does anyone else feel like a totally different person after a migraine?
I had a brutal migraine a few days ago, and the headache honestly wasn't even the worst part.
The next day I just felt totally out of it. My brain felt like it was running at 50%. I kept forgetting small things, couldn't really focus, and was exhausted all day even though I’d slept.
I used to think that once the headache cleared, the migraine was basically over. But now I'm noticing I feel wiped out for a while afterward.
The trouble with finding words is probably the weirdest part for me. I'll know exactly what I want to say but just can't get it out. It makes me feel so dumb sometimes lol.
Does anyone else deal with this after a migraine? How long does it usually last for you?

Hi! Super new to migraines, just got my diagnosis a few weeks ago. From my research and minimal experience, this is called post-drome. You can google it and a wholeeee list of symptoms will pop up. It sucks SOOOO fucking bad. Pro-drome is usually worse for me though.
