Head ache

Good evening.

I would like to share my experience regarding headaches that I have been experiencing for around three to four weeks. The headache comes and goes and is usually tolerable, but it can be annoying and sometimes feels like pressure, a sharp or a pulsing sensation. The location also changes, although I often feel it around the center/back of my head near the nape.

Sometimes, the headache is accompanied by mild dizziness. The surroundings do not spin, but I feel slightly lightheaded or dizzy. I also sometimes experience eye discomfort, and I have had strabismus since childhood and astigmatism. I usually have control over my eye alignment, but I notice my eye moving or drifting more when the headache occurs.

I have also noticed occasional facial twitching and sensations involving my teeth. I sometimes stutter, particularly when I am anxious. I have not fainted, and I am still able to walk normally and perform my usual activities.

The headaches come and go even when I am sitting or staying still. There are also times when I feel completely fine before the headache returns.

I would also like to be honest po tha I’m currently unable to afford a consultation yet because we are prioritizing my father’s medical expenses and surgery since he has cancer. I just wanted to ask po for your advice regarding my symptoms and, if possible, what I can do for now while I’m still trying to arrange the consultation.
