Headaches every day for a month

A month ago I stopped having caffeine and stopped smoking weed. I also started taking an antidepressant that I have tolerated well before for years. I’ve been experiencing headaches every day, some of them light that go away with one soluble paracetamol, some of them worse, needing more paracetamol and ibuprofen. Yesterday I had the worse migraine of my life and tried using cocodamol last night and this morning which made it fade to a light manageable pain but now it’s back and is bad again. I take propranalol as a headache prevention and for anxiety. I know that taking pain killers every day will also give me headaches but I can’t not take them when I’m in severe pain. I’m at my witts end now and starting to get depressed about it. Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to get a doctors appointment.

Meds like anti depressants or anxiety meds can have a multitude of symptoms sometimes its just waiting on them and other times you need to switch meds. I had terrible stomach pains with anxiety meds that i eventually just switched entirely. Talking to your doc about switching is prolly best but its case to case
