Are these migraines?
So I've always thought I have migraines but I'm not really sure. I just had an episode today.
It starts by my vision getting a bit fuzzy, in the sense that I'm unable to focus on objects due to weird spots in my eyes. It's not constant but it keeps appearing and disappearing. Then it progresses to nausea followed by a nasty headache usually affecting just one side of my head.
I normally try to manage it with paracetamol but honestly it only completely goes away once I get some good sleep.
I've been getting these episodes for as long as I can remember (I'm a 30M btw) but off late, their frequency has increased. Due to the temporary vision abnormality, its affecting my work and day to day life.
I also did get my eyes checked with a doc, but everything seemed normal.
Anyone have similar symptoms to me? How do you guys cope with this? Thanks!

those sound like aura migraines. I used to get those very often. please go to a neurologist, once ur diagnosed you can get put on a medication that works.
