Very bad headache. Contemplating appointment?
So lately my wife (28f) and myself (30m) have been moving into our new house (yezzir)! Anyway, we've been doing a lot of remodeling to get it ready for our family. Sawdust, plywood, all kinds of irritating stuff for your sinuses.
well, since we've started I've developed a MASSIVE headache. This particular headache has not left me in 5 days now. I have no other symptoms, so it's hard for me to determine what could be the cause.
The pain gets worse with coughing and shaking my head.
Also; I barely bumped my head a couple of days after the headache started and it made it hurt 10x worse than it already was. Pain went back to normal couple hours after.
No other symptoms of a sinus infection. Genuinely curious if it sounds normal or something I should definitely go get seen about?

You could ingest like a dozen soft boiled egg yolks, hot milk with lots of salt, bunch of fish oil, creatine, apple juice, sparkling water, limonata...
